Wives of Muhammad:-

33:50        O prophet! We have made lawful to thee thy wives to whom thou hast paid their dowers; and those whom thy right hand possesses out of the prisoners of war whom Allah has assigned to thee; and daughters of thy paternal uncles and aunts and daughters of thy maternal uncles and aunts who migrated (from Mecca) with thee; and any believing woman who dedicates her soul to the Prophet if the Prophet wishes to wed her this only for thee and not for the Believers (at large); We know what We have appointed for them as to their wives and the captives whom their right hands possess in order that there should be no difficulty for Thee.  And Allah is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful.

51        Thou mayest defer (the turn of) any of them that thou pleasest and thou mayest receive any thou pleasest: and there is no blame on thee if thou invite one whose (turn) thou hadst set aside.  This were nigher to the cooling of their eyes the prevention of their grief and their satisfaction-that of all of them-with that which thou hast to give them: and Allah knows (all) that is in your hearts: and Allah is All-Knowing Most Forbearing.

52        It is not lawful for thee (to marry more) women after this nor to change them for (other) wives even though their beauty attract thee except any thy right hand should possess (as handmaidens): and Allah doth watch over all things.

*** With the above - and many more such verses in the Quran - convenient and 'MADE TO ORDER' sanctions and blessings from Allah, Muhammad was allowed more wives than any of his followers as well as the unlimited sexual 'pleasures' of raping and violating all women and females who were captured in raids and plunder.

Depending on which source in the Ahadith, Muhammad had from 23 to 61 'wives', concubines and sex slaves among the captured women. When he died he had nine.

To Aisha, who was presumably his favourite, he was berothed when she was six years old and he was already FIFTY - similar age to her father Abu Bakr - and he consummated their marriage when she was only nine years old. She was not able to conceive thereafter ***

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 5.234        Narrated byAisha
The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six (years). We went to Medina and stayed at the home of Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my hair grew (again) and my mother, Um Ruman, came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends. She called me, and I went to her, not knowing what she wanted to do to me. She caught me by the hand and made me stand at the door of the house. I was breathless then, and when my breathing became all right, she took some water and rubbed my face and head with it. Then she took me into the house. There in the house I saw some Ansari women who said, "Best wishes and Allah's Blessing and a good luck." Then she entrusted me to them and they prepared me (for the marriage). Unexpectedly Allah's Apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of nine years of age.
